  2. Lovely as they are, is it not possible that the blue light that filters through these bottles contributes to your intermittent depressions? Don't you have any pink, orange or yellow bottles? Or maybe the blue assists in stabilising your hypomanias.

Colours do affect us in the most mundane ways at times. Why is red always associated with romantic love, for instance? Why not brown?

  3. Kodeureum- Maybe bcs love is directly related to the heart, and the heart is full of blood, which is red!?

  4. 2 months ago I bought an Apollo GO LITE mood relief LED Light box. Here is some blurb.
    "
Recently, researchers have discovered that a very specific range of blue light is the most effective color (wavelength) in treating seasonal affective disorder and other circadian rhythm related mood disorders. Apollo has spent the last several years working with leading experts to develop our innovative line of BLUEWAVE™ products. The patent-pending goLITE delivers only the most effective wavelengths, which means a more convenient treatment, and fewer side effects than traditional 10,000 lux full-spectrum light therapy devices.

The blue light did have an effect on my circadian rhythm.
