Experiment

This post is just an experiment. I've finally opened a Flickr account (been on the ToDo list for like over a year) and before loading a whole whack of photos I wanna see how they come thru to blogger, seen as blogger is the main place I show my photos. (up to now I been loading my pics direct to blogger)

So I took this photo yesterday - the green alien is called a "praying mantis", not sure if you get them in other parts of the world. According to Zulu culture they bring good luck. Amen.

I used to be much more involved in photography than I am now. Entering competitions, going on courses and stuff. Think I'm gonna step it up. Need some hobbies away from the cmptr monitor, and what better way to get out into the off-line world?

  2. You do realise you've just posted a link to all your photos. For some reason the alien didn't load and I got the blue question mark. I was able to click through to your page, though. I like the buddha shadow. :-)

I've been using Flickr since I started my blog, and there's a 200 photo limit unless you've got a pro account. If you upload more than 200 the first ones you uploaded start dropping off your page, but will reappear if you delete some back down to 200 again.
