At the end of the day it's only being at peace with yourself that counts. You are the only one who was there throughout your life. You are the only one who truly knows what was said, what was experienced and what was seen. Nobody else could ever know.

Yeah, 2007 has launched with another major personal crisis. It's been the story of the past 12 months - lurching from one crisis to the next, each one a bit more serious than the previous crisis.
One wonders how much worse they can get...
From self-help books you will find "A crisis provides an opportunity for change and growth as well as a danger of regression or stagnation".

I like that book and I can really relate to the main character and Phaedrus.
