Is a spot of hypo on the way?

Why am I thinking this? Because its like 6am down here and I'm going through my iGoogle headlines. And every story, every link I visit, every post, just seems to be the most interesting, relevant, timeous stuff I've seen for ages. My del.icio.us account is taking a hammering.

The only time I've ever experienced this before is when I'm heading for a little hypomania.

And then a few days later (when things are decidedly boring) you follow the bookmarks from a few days before in an effort to rediscover the incredible places you found on the Neb, and when you get there you think to yourself: "Sheeesh mon, what did I see in that???"

  1. I get this too. Have hundreds of (mostly useless) bookmarks on IE and Firefox. Enjoy!

  3. i'd friggin add 1/2 hour to your meditation and cut back 100mg of that lamictal. call me crazy doc zee!

ps: remember to shuffle in the middle of that hour of meditation. also i do 5am-7am usually & i'm bent to say early morning is best for meditation, howevah there's such a thing called "the Golden Hour" which is like 5pm to 6pm or so when the sun starts to go down, that is a VERY GOOD time to meditate, so try that maybe it works better for you if you're not a morning person.
